How can I simulate a time domain waveform in Agilent ADS. How can I make equations and variables.
 

simply do a transient simulation! using timr domain sources.
Var and equations can be written directly on schematic with VAR.

use a transient simulationand (not an s-parameter)
and then use time domain source
