RJ45 is an physical contact, i supose you whant to change protocol? USB to RS232, RS485? Or any other, please specify.

I think you need a USB NIC.
 

**broken link removed** specalize in USB chip. They also have some solutions.

Another one is https://www.asix.com.tw. Worth a look.
