Need the datasheet of J6812 transistor

    Dear All

Does anyone has the datasheets of a j6812 transistor. Or knows a comparison type?

    Regards

    j6812 transistor

    Hi

I am watching this topic still. I accidentally pressed the wrong link in my email and don't know how to undo this.

Thanks mbyka for your reaction but do you know if the 68 is the same as the 6812.

    regards

    j6812 pdf

    Hy all...

Knows somebody which is the ecvivalent tranzistor for the J6812 type ?
I heard that the J6812 can be compared with a BU.

If somebody can help me, please write a reply.
    Thanks...

    transistor j6812

    Hi R@ng3r,

I ones needed such a Transistor. At that time I figured out that it is not the j6812. Probably it is this one.

    J6812=FJAF6812 from Fairchild.

NPN Triple Diffused Planar Silicon Transistor
Absolute Maximum Ratings TC=25C unless otherwise noted
    * Pulse Test: PW=300s, duty Cycle=2% Pulsed
    Symbol Parameter Rating Units
    VCBO Collector-Base Voltage 1500 V
    VCEO Collector-Emitter Voltage 750 V
    VEBO Emitter-Base Voltage 6 V
IC Collector Current (DC) 12 A
ICP* Collector Current (Pulse) 24 A
    PC Collector Dissipation 60 W
    TJ Junction Temperature 150 C
    TSTG Storage Temperature -55 ~ 150 C
    High Voltage Color Display Horizontal
    Deflection Output
    High Collector-Base Breakdown Voltage : BVCBO = 1500V
    High Switching Speed : tF(typ.) =0.1s
    For Color Monitor

    Replacements: 2SC4890, 2SC5411, BU4525AX, and NTE2365 (insulator -ral)
    or
    2SC5270,BU2527A,2SC4890,2SC5387(AS)

    I hope i'm right.

    j6812

Hy all, I have two problems :

1 I have this transistor and I do not know whitch one is emittor base and colector.
2 I don't know how to measure it.

    Please help me, thankyou

    j6812+pdf

    It is probably this one:

    http://www.fairchildsemi.com/ds/FJ/F...%22FJAF6812%22

Try to meassure it as a normal transistor. A diode between base and emitor and a diode between base and collector.

    Good luck

    j6812 data sheet

thanks, but the link is broken

    Added after 1 minutes:

    no, sorry, I'm stupid

But how do I knok that it is good?

    Added after 3 minutes:

base-colector is an equivalent of a diode, but base-emitor is death
