On 1/f noise simulation!

I want to learn the simulation of 1/f noise with white noise floor: enw=20nV/sqrt(Hz), corner frequency fce=200Hz.
I know that this is an example in the book of <low noise electronic system design>, but it use netlist version instead of windows version.
I can not simulate it in Orcad-pspice cause I don't know how to choose that diode that can use the diode parameter KF(Flicker noise coefficient) and AF(Flicker noise exponent). can anybody help me on this.
I appreciate your help much.

Can u clarify it little bit. also let me know at which level you want to measure the noise, at board level or chip level.

I only want to simulate the noise in Orcad Pspice with noise floor of enw=20nV/sqrt(Hz), corner frequency fce=200Hz, see the picture.
In fact, I measure the sensor with noise like this and want to simulate it in spice for optimization.

I've solve this problem.
It fail to use a correct component. and I replace the diode with the resistor, I found that there is still not correct output, so I think there must be something wrong, later I found that I use Hpoly instead of H device. after I change the Hpoly to H device, it works, thanks!
