Saudi Design Centers ?

IS there any Saudi Design Centers ?
I Read this Job Request in Journal :

A Saudi Firm is in need of Qualified Software and Hardware Engineers in the following areas:

1. Software Programmers in C and C++ on different IDE's (Microsoft and Borland),
Knowledge in drivers and APIs writing

2. Mobile Programming (Windows CE or Symbian)

3. Hardware Engineer with good experience in DSP,FPGA, embedded system design and analysis.
Familiarity with MATLAB and other signal processing tools.

I have applied for Position.3 and there is an interview next Wednesday, Any Advice ?

Very Good .. I guess Saudi Arabia used to have some efforts in this field in the early 90's .. but it vanished in a while .. this is what I have heard anyhow ..

Where exactly the design center is helding the interviews inside the kingdom ? Reyadh ? ..

No, The Interview is here in Egypt throught HR Office in ElMohandiseen.

Still not bad .. I guess the HW design part will be the one responsible for the encryption .. you may be dealing with microcontrollers, FPGA, etc.

Just take care if that HR company is located in Gam3et El-Dowal st. .. I have sat for an interview in an HR company there, and also for a Saudi based position .. yet, I didn't take the offer later .. I guess they were looking for cheap labor.
