Hi All,

I need to measure the Relative Humidity from a humidity sensor with a microcontroller. Problem is the sensor need to apply a ac 1V rms max and then measure the impedance, how to measure the voltage accurately? Voltage too small and can't rectify with a diode!!??

The sensor is non-linear, any algorithm to convert the voltage to RH ?

put some gain & then use use precision rectifier.

For non-linearity you'll need to prepare a lookup table ( easiest way)

you can use a opamp rectifier
