what's the spec of synthesizer for GSM and for WCDMA?

Different communication standards have their specical working frequency range.
As for frequency synthesizer, how to define the spec ?
 

the spc's of the synth are
1) channel spacing
2) lock time
3) the phase noise

the phase noise : must do RF system analysis to get it
