Problem with pins of GTP USB +

I just received a GTP USB + and i made a zif socket pcb for it, but ironically only 18pin pics' are working. For 40 pin pics it says "Write error". i double checked my circuit nothing seems to be wrong. any one know what might be the mistake ?

Do you have the diagram now?

Where are you planning to use it? Beside it is now useful if you don't have the firmware for it. Do you have a copy of the firmware?

Here is the board layout for the zif socket. It is made from Eagle.

I have this layout already, this is not GTP USB "PLUS" , it is only GTP USB, i have the firmware for this old gtp usb, but the new GTP USB PLUS ' s firmware is not free and not easy to copy. I bought the programmer.

Any way i did some research about my GTP USB + and my findings are as below, can anyone explain why it is happening ?
 

GTP USB + user ???

Gtp Usb Plus is some kind of Universal Programmers...it has different ZIF board configurations for different types of microcontrollers....u can find it on winpic800 website.....
