If I need to design RFIC, is this the one i need. I have visited C@dance website. It makes me more confuse... RFSpectra, HSPICE, etc anyone please clarify. thank you

C@dence is a good IC desgin flow.
BUT RFIC, ads2003 is the best tool

Thank you very much. I have another question. I use @ds for a while. I use it for a dicrete circuit design. HOw can i generate IC layout by using @ds? If i use, say IBM SiGe process, how can I get the layout from the schemetic which i design in @ds?

to use the best of both worlds, do the layout in cadence, then extract the netlist file to hspice format, then import it into @ds. I don't know which tool is better but for phase noise simulations of the oscillators there was a difference of 5dBc!!!

md is right, usually one does IC layout on the platform of Cadence rather on ADS.
