How to design 1G ohm MOSFET resistor?

mosfet resistor

I need to design a 1G ohm resistor on chip to dc bias a trans_C amplifier, I know I should use CMOS FET method, but how to realize it? Thanks advanced!

I think technology is not important for the high MOSFET resistior, is it?

using a series combination of mosfet (wth gate short circuide with drain)
 

maybe you can use Eric Vittoz's circuit, the MOS is biased in weak inversion region and the resistance can be adjusted by current of bias circuit. his paper is CMOS Analog Integrated Circuits Based on Weak Inversion Operation.

I think it is important as it defines the maximum L that can be used and that's what increases the resistance of the MOSFET along with decreasing W.

yes, the maximum L is limit in a MOS, but i can connect some MOSs in series to increase the equivalent L.

how about the noise contribution of switched capacitor circuits
 

What do you actually need ? If it's a very low biasing current, then it's a slightly different question... You have a supply voltage of X volts, and you wish to limit the power dissipation in the bias circuit to Y watts ? is that your problem ?
Usually for stable biasing you would use some constant gm biasing circuit (and spend the power to do it right...), then copy the current to whatever level of gm that you need in your circuit.
