I want to go throu the LNA design with smithchart done by edaboard members. If with NEC devices it is more preferable. I want to learn, how others r doing. This will help me to learn fast.

It might be old, but this is as good a place to start as any to learn how to design amplifiers using S-parameters and Smith charts.

Try reading "foundations for microwave engineering" by Robert E. Collin 2nd edition chapter 10 pages from 760 to 776 .

the best is Gonzalez book "microwave transistor amplifier analysis and design "

i hv gone throu few books & learned few things here. Now i just want to confirm that what i hv learned is ok with practical design in smithchart. I want to see the projects done by others to see that my results in design r ok. Hence i was looking for LNA projects done by others.
