A have a simulation result as this pics depicts.

Nobody Know?

You have circuit, you have simulation results. What do you see on the oscillograms?
I see 70MHz gated oscillator.

I also see an oscillator of about 65MHz, the wave is very like the simulation result.
the problem is i don't know why this circuit oscillate.

Q1 is CB oriented, Q2 is follower, emitter coupled to Q1. Amplifier input is base of Q2 and output is collector of Q1. Amplifier gain is >+1. Feedback over C=15pF between input and output is positive and oscillation conditions are fullfiled. Oscillator is RC type. Pulse generator on left is simply a switching generator which interupts continious oscillation.
Oscillator output is taken from the Q2 collector to isolate load from the oscillator.

Thank you very much. I got it now. I had always thought it is an multivibrator, now i anderstand it only an positive feedback of Q1, Q2 is only an fellow.
thanks again.
