I try to change the program in BASIC, but I do not know very well language C.

Anywere I believe that him I will accomplish, but I have two problems:

1. I cannot find the point of choice for line 60Hz, to convert for line 50 Hz.
2. I want to change the program it understands automatically line frequency (time between two zero cross).
