Do you have any idea about this title?

An FM Modulator/Demodulator using fpga

The modulation may be fsk or Xpsk!

hey I'm workin on a simular topic. I hav to implement an Am mod/demo on fpga, but now I'm try learn vhdl language and quick start tutorial on ISe 8.1. I'm just begin my work.

for Fm modulation / demodulation you need to implement PLL in fpga first this can be done using spice.
for the coding Verilog will be good.

don't u think an FPGA would be costlier for this.
check out the XR 2206 it has pretty simple interface circuitry.

fm modulation using fpga

i am also doing a similar topic... I have implemented FSK and PSK using DDS... got the idea from here:

it is in section six... although the project is FM modulation, it is easy to convert or revise it to FSK...

But I am also trying to implement it using PLLs especially the demodulator part... If you have any idea how, please share your insights. thanks
