Do you guys know the name of the tool that calculates parasitic capacitance. The input is vertical structure including the dielctric constant of the intermediate layer and the spce between metal lines and the width of each metal lines...
It shows the information graphically like this

It also calculates all relation ship between M1, M2, M3, and M4.
I used to use this tool long time ago but I forgot the name of the tool. I though it was maxwell. And I find the tool from the web to recollect my memory but the maxwell 2D I found on the web was too luxary. Maybe I might have used just small part of the maxwell 2D.
Please let me know if you guys know the name of the tool.
