ASUS motherboard A7V133

I have a ASUS PC Motherboard A7V133, very often I can't power-up the PC. I push the on switch, the pc turns on 1 or 2 sec and goes off. Any similar problem there ? any fixs ?

I heard about a similar problem with power good , a signal who goes from the motherboard to the supply ?

help ?

thx

Is a power supply shut off each time?

A power supply switch is pushed and seen immediately.
After a power supply is shut off, how is it ?

I have a ASUS P3B-1394 (Slot-1 M/B) .

It is , the switch of the main power supply on the back is turned ON, a power will be turned on several seconds freely.

And push the on switch, pc trun on normaly .

Other condition, If a mouse and a keyboard are pushed when a power supply is OFF, a power supply will be turned on.
(BIOS wakeup setting are disabled.)

It does not understand after all whether it is in a power supply, and whether a cause is in a mother board.

Your power supply is above ATX2.01/2.03 ?

replace the 1uf 50v coupling electrlytics that feed the switching fets in the psu chopper mains side

also check by removing part of the load

you may be using too much juce on one of the rails
but the caps are a safe option
