I think Engg. Electromagnetics by Sadiku is a ggod book to begin with.
Simple elaborate descriptions and lot of worked out examples are the features of this book.

Re: electromagnethism

Hi Dear loaloa!

If you are a beginner I think you'd better use "David K. Cheng" Book. It's "Electromagnetics Fields and Waves" and you may find on edaboard.

Thanks!

Hayt And Buck may solve your problem
