Hi,

Currently I have a problem with some models for HSpice. I have a model library that works relatively well. The MOST, resistors and diodes are running fine. But somehow the bipolar transistors and capacitors are not. I have the following message:

** error **: level 3 bjt model permit file needed.

I tried Hspice versions 2003 and 2002 and both are giving the same message somewhere in the middle of the output file. Does someone know if it is a really a licensing problem or there is another issue? The MOS transistors, the diodes and the resistors are working just fine after all.

Thanks a lot guys!
