you cam download qurttus web edition from Altera website it is also including Modelsim
 

there is a student version for modelsim
u can get that too
 

yeah the student version is good enough for some beginner leel stuff definitely..

by the way, just asking, on the forum, giving links for cracked versions of softwares is not allowed, right? or is it?
