    Where can I get the good circuit or help?

    Yes there is a book on net like UPS Manufacturing maintanance and standarization ( or calibration). if you search you will get, I have download it about 2 moth ago but do not remember from which site. Hope, you will get it

    I think what you have to do is to make up your dc/ac inverters which gives such power and then ,search also for charging battery in case there is a power loss.(when main power goes out).
