circuit increase voltage gradually 12

Can somebody help me a design a circuit that will gradually increase voltage @ output from 0 to 12V when powered on?? Which method is the easiest?

What is voltage rising speed (deltaV/deltaT). A Capacitor tied to output of step output gives a very simple solutuion for your need

i'm not sure about the rising speed. HOw about 3 sec from 0v to 12 v?

Hello

Why not use an integrator with dc tension input and atachedd to an comparator .

Basically, I want to design a circuit that acts like an inductor.
