How to create UART function using programming for PIC16F84A?

Can somebody show me example how to create UART function using programming (PIC BASIC PRO language) for PIC16F84A as it dont have built in UART? I want to create a serial in communication for it with mobile phone. I try to search in the internet but didn't found anything that can help me.

Hope some body can please give me some advise. Thanks.
 

PIC 16F84A UART

Better use a PIC with a UART. There are plenty avaialable. Comm with mobile phone will require some resourceses. You dont want to waste them on softwre UART.
