In short, you need to:
- create a netlist
- start the OrCAD Layout
- create a new layout project and give it a netlist

OrCAD has a detailed tutorial on how to do it. It either in the help menu of the Capture CIS or in the help menu of the Layout.

In OrCAD you can create Layout Netlist file for different Layout Tool.
First create a small schematic with resistor or diode.
If you are using OrCAD Layout itself, then create the OrCAD Netlist.
There are few ways to create MNL file.
From OrCAD Layout or from OrCAD Layout Plus create a new Layout.
Select the default template and the created MNL File.
While importing, select Radial for the resistors and select the equivalent PADs.
When the import is finished without errors, it will place in the Layout screen.
Move the device footprints as per the design.
Go for autoroute.
It will create the routing.
Then print.
