i need some advice for choice a best PCB design in high frequency analog and high speed digital system?
Which best between altium or allegro?

Hi,

If you are doing Signal Integrity simulation then Cadence Tool flow is better as compared to Altium. Also Allegro is more preffered in PCB design.
