Which are the software which take care of BSIM4 model and SOI model parameters?
Plz listed here i want to design the High speed low power ic .it may be useful for selecting the proper tool.
If possible any free demo version is available on net mansion the site.
Any reply will be appreciated .
I already search this from 2-3 month. Not getting much to take decision.
 

hi
cadence ic, synopsys hspice, ADS and ..., all of them support bsim4 and bsimsoi models.
but they are not free :D.

Which version of ADS you talking about.

What is current version of ADS ?
 

Are there any processes that offer BSIM4 parameters?? Most of the processes I came across only offer BSIM3 compatible parameters.

Cadence Spectre offers BSIM4 model, but I never found the required process parameters that take advantage of BSIM4 advanced modelling.

last version of ADS is 2006 as I know.

What about SOI model parameters?
Is there any consideration about Halo Doping?
