how can I control the flicker noise of bjt

usually I increase the size(w*l) of the mos to decrease the flicker

but how can I do toward bjt for example emitter width and lengh....
 

The shot-noise is effectively a limiting floor in LNA design.

Unfortunately, it is also a physical limit. The only way to reduce it is to bias the device with a low base current for instance in bipolar transistor.

When current noise is a critical point of a design, FET devices are more appropriate!
