Programs open source or free like Open Office for example, exists for Linux or Ubuntu Platforms.

Someone know if a Open Source or Free pcb tool exists for Linux or Ubuntu ?

Free tool for pcb design, but like h-end tools. Open-source and free soft are the future, any idea for this ?

Hi How did you get on this?

I have just open both so far gEDA looks better lay out user interface!

What about a block diagram circuit drawing?

gEDA is the best open source tool I have used for PCB design. Very reliable tool.

For creating block diagrams, use InkScape, or Open office- Drawing, or DIA, or kivio

I have installed and little play around with InkScape will do great for Drawing block diagrams!! :)
