now,i am going to calculating a lot of variables of a bandgap voltage refence, and i don't know the maximum current density limit of the BJT E-B junction,so could you please tell me the answer?
it is not necessary to give me a precise value,a approximate one is ok for me.

This parameter strictly depends on technology. The best way to use the specification of process from the foundry or its support service.
