anybody know on how to design the decoder for the 32K x 8bit SRAM..
i dont know which type of decoder is suitable...
pls help me...tq!

2 to the power 15 will sufficent .
what is your requrment in terms of area i.e l amd w values
8 line for x decoder . and 4 , 3 lins for y decoder.
