Your question is unclear, I dont know if you are looking for a product from your maker or your are asking about a way to modify an existing circuit in a way which only can be used within certain distance?
If your case is the first, you can ask directly to your maker, I think they will be pleased to explain about it. If your case is the second, then think about reducing the radiated power, this is the easiest way.
