Help me please for Coplaner Stripline Antenna design

I was trying to recieved wideband Radio frequency 3MHz to 300MHZ.

I made an antenna brass 10cm length and width 0.5 cm symmetric stripline antenna using 0.001cm polyethene substrate. It can recieve the frequencies 30MHz to 70MHz range.

Please kindly help and guide me how to ..any book or simulation.
