any reply for the following is welcome:

1. basic tutorials
2. articles
3. books
4. simulation method
5. simulation tools
6. related web links
7. any other information about this topic

thank you for sharing you experience!

simulation tools: the softwares in this field are matlab, ansys

there are too many materials.
razavi and paul r.gray's books is good.

what kind of noise analysis should be done?

just ac small signal? any others?

noise analysis
sp analysis
pnoise analysis
qpnoise analysis

normally, we will use noise analysis.

what are sp analysis and pnoise analysis and qpnoise analysis?

spectre noise analysis only needs certain source . qpnoise and pnoise analysis need periodic source ,which used in specreRF. and ADS also can simulate noise.

noise analysis is just to do a small part of the work

Hi,
I suggest you to refer John & Martin's and Razavi's as well as Gray & Hurst's books, if you want to start to understand noise performance and noise analysis fundamentally! but if you have a perspective, you may to refer Murmann's slides at Stanford to more find out about noise analysis in Switched-Capacitor circuits (input referred noise, etc;) by hand-calculation and simulation.

Best Regards,
SAZ
