How to draw a schematic with 8 transistors in parallel in Orcad Capture?

Hi ,everyone :
I want draw a schematic , in witch there is 8 transistors in parallel . In candence ,we can change the multiplier property of the to 8 . But how to
do the same in capture of ORCAD ?

Hi,

I am using different tools for schematic capture like cadence and viewlogic so it is not 100% correct answer but i will tray to suggest my best effots(Below options use it).

1)In transistor attributes(properties) define multiplier property(MULT) and assign value or define array($ARRAY=n, $ARRAY=x:y) property and assign value. property define in any place(schematic or symbol).

2)Add library which is contain mos transistor or creat new symbol and define its properties.

Drag the transistor's symbol and put it eight times on the sheet. Then connect the pins (anyway it require equalisation resistors either in emitter or in base if it's a bipolar).

Define first the component in the library with so many pins you need, then load it.

If you want package only in Schematic Capture and not in PSpice, you can use Edit Part to edit the terminals.

Add Terminals and assign the name. Create proper foot print and associate with the package to avoid layout designer's error.
