How to realize Ground-plane aperture (GPA) in ADS?

Hello, I need to simulate a microstrip filter circit with an aperture on the gound layer. Could anyone tell me how to do it in ADS? I mean in schematic simulation. THX

you can do that in EM section and use it at shematic.

u can model aperture in momentum and import its S-parametesr as a black box in ADS and simultae the complete filter circuit
