need controller ??

I want uC compatible to TI's MSP430F1121 and MSP430F149 . Im very specific about power comsumption. I would like to know if any other controller consumes less power that these two. (Vcc=3V)

If for compatible you means pin2pin compatiblility there's no uC compatible with these ones. I think that for power consuption is very good idea to use this controller's family but if you look for an alternative uC you could see the small Hitachi uC family (H3664). And if you don't care about speed you can think in the Motorola nitron family.
