I am making the PID controller in that a PIC16C71 is used but i doest find in market. Any one can tell what can do for the same.

I have used the 16C711 in replacing the 16C71. The main difference is the size of RAM memory. Pinout is the same.
Of course you have to make some adjustments in your firmware code.
Check the document DS40032B from Microchip:
PIC16C71 -> 16C710/711 Migration

16F716 replaces the whole family 16C71, and 16C71X devices. In fact it is the olny one reccommended by them for new designs.

Be carefull with register programming as not only the memory sizes are different but olso bits in registers - for instance the combinations of D/A on the analog port.

Cheers

THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP.
SORRY TO SAY THAT IT IS ALSO NOT AVAILABLE HERE.
