artisan memory generator

Helo,

I am using Artisan memory generator (single port, sram). I generated the GDSII and LEF files. So, now i need to transfer these files to DFII. To do that, I imported GDS file via StreamIn to layout cellview and LEF file into abstract cellview.
Can anyone assist with those questions:

1. Is this all right at all?
2. When I am making layout of the design, which incorporates generated memory, I am using the abstract cellview of the mentioned cellview. Is this all right?

Maybe can anybody share experience, how to correctly transfer generated memory (with Artisan memory generator) to the DFII?

Regards,
