Hai,

I am doing my project in DLL design ,can anyone send me some Analog DLL circuits or papers, and websites which show the entire simulation and layout flow for analog circuits .

thanks in advance ..

I don't know much, but I read a bit on DLL and what you need is a phase shifter. I will trie to find phase shifter circuit, I know it's use in electric guitard effect. I'll post later the circuits that I will find. but here is a pic of what I mean

Dear MohanaSundaram:

I hope it can help you.

Hi,

Thanks for the help given, but hope for more precise help regarding design and simulation of DLL.

I have problem in simulating the VCDL in analog DLL can anyone send me any suggestion which can used simulate VCDL using Tanner and produce a delay of one input time period clock cycle, Tref. and delay can be controlled by voltage. I am attaching a image of the VCDL.

I want the output of this VCDL image.

Any help would be appreciated !!

as far as I had experienced, the total delay of the VCDL is already fixed. So, if you want to produce a delay of one clock input, then just decrease your input clock period. Now if you want to increase your delay, just add more delay stages. I suggest you used Schmitt trigger as your delay element if you want a bigger delay but less stages.

just sweep vctl and see the delay from input to output. The answer is simple so perhaps I am not understanding your question.
