Hi,
I want the values of Kp, Kn and threshold voltage for both PMOS and NMOS for TSMC .18u technology.

where Kp and Kn are defined as

Ids = Kp×W/L (Vgs - Vt)²

Hi!
Kp = µp Cox - nevertheless
Kn = µn Cox

Added after 3 minutes:

You can look in model file the parameters VTH0 - threshold voltage
and KP - Kp pmos and Kn nmos

Added after 8 minutes:

Ids = Kp×W/L (Vgs - Vt)²

This is equation for saturation region of current-voltage characteristic

Can anybody give me the values of the above variables for TSMC .18u technology
