[SOLVED] What is active biasing and where can I find information on it?

HI,
I am interested in a LNA design for low noise.
I am told to use an active biasing to minimise the noise figure and also have a lower VSWR ratio.

Does anyone have idea what is active biasing and where can I find information on it?
