Hi, I'm looking for suitable Pspice model for the Infineon SPP80N50C3, a power Mosfet.
I got it on www.infineon.com but ther is a problem with their library: At simulation attempt I get "ERROR -- Subcircuit SPP08N50C3_L0 used by X_X1 is undefined "
If someone has a clue about that...

Thanks.

Re: Pspice models

Text spice model must associate with graphic symbol
In the spice model text file, pins appearance order must fit to the graphic symbol pins numbering
And of course the part name must be identical
There is no SPP80N50C3 in Infineon site and 0 results for Google search, maybe you have mistake with the part number

Pspice models

you should setup the path of the spice LIB you just bulit ,you'll find it's OK to use.
note: the patameter in the spice datasheet you'd better to remove the TITF1 TITF2 .. if the spice data has.

Re: Pspice models

Using EDSpice Simulator of EDWinXP, some of the models can be simulated. It can be downloaded from www.visionics.a.se

Re: Pspice models

I remember long long ago

someone's an article contains how to simulate the now models then create the symbol after that you should set the path of the library in order to correspond it !
