vccs transfer function

I want to model a two pole amplifier to analysis the settling behavior.
At first I tried the transfer function using zero&poles,but the simulation seemed couldn't carry out due to the high pole.
Now I'm trying to build the model with R,C,and VCCS,but I can't find the VCCS model.
Any good idea?
Regards

simulink vccs

Yes.
Open Simulink>SimPowerSystem>Electrical sources : Use a Controlled Current Source

For the control terminal, use the output from a voltmeter as the control signal. You'll find the voltmeter at:
Simulink>SimPowerSystem>Measurements>: Use a voltmeter.

vccs in simulink

I've tried it.But I just can't find the gm parameter or something like that...

how to design a voltmeter with simulink

gm=Iout/Vin,
It can be a multiplier or gain block between the measured voltage ouput and the source's control signal input port (s). its 1 by definition
