Does anyone know if there's any tool in the synopsys package in which you can work with Bipolar or BiCMOS technolgies???

:| I known the Lasi that is a software to simulink to IC layout. It can also draw and analyze schematic and do a simlpe LVS..

Thanks sofpast... that was just what I was looking for cause with that I can generate GDS files which then I can use for analysis under the other synopsys tools.
 

Usually People will use Virtuso ( layout tool in cadence) draw layout.

and there is tool called Hercules which can do veification. and for the BIPOLAR or BICMOS, it just depends on the process files the foundry can provide to you. not rely on the extraction tool.
 

lasi is free downloadable tool which is avialable on net and it is free when u buy the book of baker lee boyce ..
