How to run Matlab simulation under Unix using a super computer?

Dear all,
Hello,

I am doing my simulation using Matlab, and i will start using Matlab under unix, i got an account to acces one of the super computers in my university, but the problem is that i dont know hoe to do the simulation using this method, they gave me a command to write it on the termenal but i alwayes receive many errors, pleas for those have an experiance with this let me know what i need to start my simulation and what commands i have to write, i am using Xwin program to access the supercomputer via telnet. Any information may help me because i have no information about that.
