Help me for Hspice leaning

Hi

I must simulate some circuit for power analysis in VLSI circuit, is Hspice a good simulator for this work?
If it is true I need a guide or manual for beginning ti use Hspice,please send me :D

Hspice is so complex! it is very slowly to look at this manual.
 

I think HSPICE its the best simulator for this job because its a very acurate and professional software for band base analog and digital circuits. I have check the reference they have send you and they are very good. you can learn a lot from them.

Other software than you can try its the ELDO simualor, it have several option that HSPICE doesn´t
