capacitance between wires

how to calculate the parasitic capacitance between parallel wires?
I'm designing in 0.35u cmos process, in the chip, I've to route 2 long wire (about 400um length), which has 125 Meg Hz signals on them.
Before layout, how can I estimate the capacitance of them?
Is there any reference of equation I can refer to?

Thanks in advance!

parallel wire capacitance

You can check your pdk. There should be a parasitic cap for your case.

capacitance between parallel wires

PDK : Process Design Kit

You can find information relating to the capacitance between 2 parallel wires in the documentation under the directory relating to that Process.

Re: how to calculate the parasitic capacitance between wires

The simplest way is to draw two wire and extract the parasitic capacitance.

Re: how to calculate the parasitic capacitance between wires

hi,
as a rule of thumb routing capacitance is taken as

.35*R*C*L*L

where R is resistance of routing wire given in PDK.
C is the capacitance and L is the length of the wire.

thanks
