Hi everyone..

I am running an exe file (say) i am working in DOS mode... Can i recieve a signal from microcontroller to that exe file...
Currently at running time if i press a character (say) 'W' i will get an indication that a key is being pressed..
Anybody suggest me how to recieve a character from the serial port (hyper terminal) in DOS mode..

regards..

HYPERTERMINAL is a WINDOWS based program .. you can't access it in the DOS mode ..
If you need to read/write data in the DOS mode use Q-BASIC or something similar ..
