hello, eveybody,I am a beginner. I want to do monte carlo simulations for my circuit. But I do not have the MC model, can I get it from the process corner models? Please give me some advice, thanks a lot.

The process corner model did not contain the radom MC model, such as mismatch etc... If your PDK did not provide the monte carlo model, I doubt if you can get help from the Foundry. but you can try it.

For mass production, I advise you can do the WCS case simulations instead of MC simulations with process corner mode combined temperature and supply variations. Alougth it maybe lead to a tiny bit overdesign.

If you also want to do some mismatch analysis, try to vary manually the length ,width and some other factors, such as Vth etc.. in your spice model. Then you can do some Monte Carlo analysis for mismatch.Alougth it maybe not so accuarte, it can help you to find the sensitivity of your design to the mismatch, which would help you to improve your design.

Thanks
