Can u tell me about any sites which can give me 'C' programs of Microcontroller circuits
any sites related to microcontrollers (basic material etc...)

There are two types of C compiler for PICmicro that are the commercial one and the free (open source) one. Type "C compiler for PICmicro" in the search engine and you will find a lot. You can try to download the latest version of MPLab 7.42 from Microchip website (www.microchip.com) it include a free version of CCS PCB C Compiler.

You can also see the MSP430 series from Texas, in the www.ti.com page. There are lot of examples and applications. IAR offers a starting kit, that is free, and allows compile to 4KB of code. See www.iar.com.
