in 65nm 45nm hspice model can be use ??

In general , Bsim 3v3 or hspice L49 use for .13 ~ .25um

but in 45nm or 90nm still use L49 model ?
or other accuracy model

what is difficult design in 45nm ? or just like .18um trust "hspice " + post sim extract tool
